    Kayvon Homayoun is a successful real estate entrepreneur with thriving ventures in property management and general contracting. He graduated from U.N.L.V. in 2000 and started his career as the beverage manager at Hotel Del Coronado before discovering his passion for real estate. Kayvon obtained his real estate license in 2002 and his broker's license soon after, becoming sought after by several national banks for assistance in liquidating their foreclosure inventory during the housing crisis. As a top-performing real estate agent, Kayvon ranked among the top 2% in sales volume nationally.

    In 2005, Kayvon founded Harland Property Management, focusing on property management for residential and multi-family properties. As the business grew, he recognized the need for reliable construction and maintenance services, obtaining his general contractor's license in 2020. He founded Octo Property, a maintenance and general contracting firm that provides exceptional services to clients, including large firms like Zillow, Curbio, and Opendoor. Kayvon is an astute entrepreneur who capitalizes on opportunities in industries lacking proper services and delivers exceptional services to his clients. He has also worked as an expert witness in property management legal cases, highlighting his expertise and knowledge in the industry.

    Linda's academic achievements include graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors from Immaculate Heart College/Marymount University in Los Angeles, California in June 1973, where she pursued a double major in English Literature and Art History. After graduation, Linda established and managed a grocery store for several years before divesting the enterprise. She then worked as an employee of a local construction management firm and a retail clothing chain in San Diego.

    In April 2007, Linda obtained her Real Estate License and started working as a transaction coordinator and office manager under the supervision of Kayvon. When Kayvon established Harland Property Management, Linda was appointed as the office manager, a position she has held ever since. Linda has played an integral role in the company's expansion, overseeing all aspects of office administration, as well as the organization and logistics of maintenance. Her exceptional abilities and invaluable contributions to the company are evident in the exceptional client service and seamless daily office operations that she provides.

    Linda's expertise in client management and office management has helped to enhance the firm's systems to achieve peak levels of efficiency and productivity. She takes pleasure in handling the intricate details of office management, facilitating crucial daily affairs, and ensuring that everyone stays on track with project lists and busy schedules.
