Harland Property Management’s office is located in the heart of La Jolla, San Diego. Our property managers also live in San Diego, meaning that they have a lot of knowledge in the local market regarding rental rates, vacancy rates, tenant preferences, and are familiar with the many laws and regulations in the region. We also have a comprehensive list of local contractors and service providers that we rely on for maintenance and repairs, whereas many of the other non-local property management companies will rely on subcontractors to manage everything from showing the property to doing inspections. Our locality allows us to keep the costs down, respond to requests with efficiency, and ensure that work is completed expeditiously and of the highest quality.

He graduated from U.N.L.V. in 2000 and started his career as the beverage manager at Hotel Del Coronado before discovering his passion for real estate. Kayvon obtained his real estate license in 2002 and his broker's license soon after, becoming sought after by several national banks for assistance in liquidating their foreclosure inventory during the housing crisis. As a top-performing real estate agent, Kayvon ranked among the top 2% in sales volume nationally.

In 2005, Kayvon founded Harland Property Management, focusing on property management for residential and multi-family properties. As the business grew, he recognized the need for reliable construction and maintenance services, obtaining his general contractor's license in 2020. He founded Octo Property, a maintenance and general contracting firm that provides exceptional services to clients, including large firms like Zillow, Curbio, and Opendoor. Kayvon is an astute entrepreneur who capitalizes on opportunities in industries lacking proper services and delivers exceptional services to his clients. He has also worked as an expert witness in property management legal cases, highlighting his expertise and knowledge in the industry.

Before joining Harland, Devon owned and operated a successful marketing agency. Her background in branding, digital strategy, and client relations provided her with a unique skill set that she now applies within the property management space.
