How do I pay rent? And when is rent due?
Rent is paid online through our tenant portal via an electronic funds transfer from your bank to our trust account. Rent is always due on the first of the month. We offer a three-day grace period, and rent is considered late on the fourth. A late fee will be charged if rent is received after the grace period. -
I want to get a pet, what do I do?
If you are already a resident in a property that allows pets you would need to contact our office to request permission. If approved, we will request additional information about the pet, send you a lease addendum, and you will be required to pay an additional pet deposit. There is no additional monthly pet fee or rental increase, just the increase of the deposit. If the property does not allow for pets the request will be denied unless the pet is a service animal . -

Each situation is different, but generally you are required to fulfill your pre-agreed upon lease terms. Please contact us to get information on if this would be possible or not. -

We will reach out in advance regarding lease renewal terms, should you choose to vacate the property, we require a 30 day notice to vacate. Please log into your tenant portal, send us a message, and we will reply with move out instructions. -
